FindARealtor is an information and matching service that helps consumers discover and connect with real estate professionals based on their situation and area. FindARealtor is not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction. Agents are independent third parties; we do not employ them, supervise their work, or guarantee their services, availability, or results.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure and everything that happens under it.

When you request an introduction or choose an agent, you agree that the matched real estate professional(s) may contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Matches, agent profiles, reviews, market figures, and other content are provided for information only and are not appraisals, offers, or legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that you’ll be matched, that any agent will respond, or any particular outcome. Verify all details and make decisions with a licensed professional.

Don’t misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with the Service, infringing others’ rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by Orbit Leads and protected by law. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.

Your dealings with agents and other third parties are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for their conduct, services, agreements, or any commissions, fees, or referral arrangements.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Leads and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any agent or third party, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Leads from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
