This Privacy Policy explains how FindARealtor (“FindARealtor,” “we,” “us”), operated by Orbit Leads, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FindARealtor app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code or area, and details about your situation (for example, whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or investing) when you request to be matched with an agent, save a search, or create an account.
Information collected automatically: device and app information, general location derived from your ZIP or IP address, and usage data that helps the Service function and improve. If you enable notifications, we store a push token to deliver them.
Information from other sources: publicly available and licensed real estate professional information used to build agent profiles and matches.
How we use your information
We use your information to match you with real estate agents who fit your situation and area, to connect you with the agents you choose, to send you updates and notifications you’ve requested, to operate and improve the Service, to provide support, to keep the Service secure, and to comply with the law.
How we share your information
With agents you connect with. When you request an introduction or choose an agent, we share your contact details and the information relevant to your request with that agent so they can reach out to help you.
With service providers who host, email, message, analyze, and support the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Communications & your choices
By requesting an introduction, you consent to be contacted by matched real estate professionals by phone, text, and email about your inquiry; consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, reply STOP to text messages, and turn off push notifications in your device settings. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your California privacy rights
