The first home purchase was in a down market and in order to purchase a home I had to first sell my home. We found a home we liked and Ron was able to arrange a trade with the seller accomplishing both of our goals. This was a complicated process but everything went smoothly. The second home purchase was a traditional process and again everything went smoothly. Ron was very professional in how he represented me before the sellers. He kept me well informed throughout the process all the way to close of escrow.
