Cathy C.

Cathy is the most amazing realtor. My husband and I recently hired Cathy to find us our dream first home. Cathy showed us a couple properties and then we found THE ONE. Cathy was meticulous in her negotiations and got us an amazing deal. Throughout the entire process, Cathy was always available for a last minute inspection, or to answer any questions. She saw us through to the end when we closed escrow and were able to move into our dream first home. Highly recommend Cathy whether you are buying or selling.

Cathy was amazing to work with! She managed to close 2 very complicated escrows simultaneously for my mom within 3 weeks. She went above and beyond working with my mom to help her through an emotional process of selling her home of 25 years and purchasing a home in a new neighborhood. I know this wouldn’t have been possible without Cathy negotiating these deals and having the patience and dedication to walk my mom through the process. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

Cathy has helped us with more than one property. If she wasn't awesome we wouldn't keep using her. She really listens to what a client wants, and works very hard to make sure everybody is happy. I would 100% recommend Cathy for any of your real estate needs! She and her team have many many years of experience and really understand the ins-and-outs of this business. Thank you sooo much for all your hard work Cathy!
