My husband and I met Johanna Christensen a few months ago at an open house in North Park. Since then, she has worked in concert with her family members at Christensen Realty and introduced us to experienced associates who have provided to us a full spectrum of realty services.. We contacted the Christensen Realty Group (CRG) to assist with the sale of a family member's home based on reviews of CRG and their clear expertise in real estate. Assisting with selling a family member's home left us with a lot to navigate and decide in a short period of time. Meanwhile, our family was also dealing with many other difficulties that left us unable to fully focus on the sale of the house. Meghna was the lead on our sale and stepped in quickly to guide us, advise us and help us make decisions. She walked us through the process, explained next steps and then took over the sale requiring very little input from us as she prepared and staged the house. It was such a relief to hand over the decision making and know we could trust her to handle it all. She consulted with us when major decisions had to be made, accepted our feedback and provided input from her years of experience. She helped to manage expectations and ensured she was a strong representative for us through the close of escrow. She knew everything we were dealing with in addition to selling the property and she made it her job to take the burden off of us any time she could. The house sold quickly and escrow closed in an unexpectedly short time which is a testament to Meghna's ability to gauge the market, evaluate the property she is selling and ensure the home is prepared and marketed in a way that finds a buyer who will truly love the home you are selling.
