I’ve worked with Shane Wilson before, and once again he exceeded my expectations. My home in the Cathedral City Cove received a full-price cash offer within 48 hours of being listed, immediately following the first brokers open. What I appreciated most was Shane’s guidance before the house even went on the market. He recommended only the improvements that were truly worthwhile, which saved both time and money. Since I was living out of state during the sale, I relied heavily on him to coordinate vendors and help manage the countless details involved in preparing the house. Every time I needed something, Shane had a trusted local resource that made the process much easier. Shane’s professionalism was obvious throughout the transaction. Several of my neighbors, as well as people who attended the open house, commented on what an excellent realtor I had. He has a deep understanding of the local market and his experience and network of local contacts were invaluable throughout the process. Selling a home from another state could have been very stressful, but Shane made it feel manageable from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

We purchased a home in Escena in Palm Springs thanks to the excellent work of Brooke Pascoe and Mina Mazami. I worked primarily with Brooke who was extremely patient and diligent in finding us the perfect home. Brooke and Mina were so knowledgeable about the various cities in the Coachella Valley and the specific neighborhoods in Palm Springs. We loved that they took the time to match our wish list to a home that we have truly loved. We were not local and Brooke spent hours taking and sending videos and then arranging time for us to see our top choices- all while remaining an active participant in our relocation. We love our new life here and owe these two professionals so much thanks.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience working with Brooke & Mina and the Mazami Group. An opportunity presented itself unexpectedly. I reached out to Brooke Pascoe of the Mazami group & she took action immediately, discussed in great deal our options and the best strategy forward - leading to a great outcome & the perfect property purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team at Mazami Group. My sincere thanks and gratitude!
