Thank you Willie and Anna for helping us with selling our parents home, our dad will always be grateful for the honest advice. Our dad was now older and couldn’t handle the upkeep of the house. We had several real estate people come to our house and give us their advice, everybody pretty much said for us to sell our house in the condition it was. Willie advised us to take on a few project like painting the interior of the house, replacing the rotted wood thru out the exterior of our house and other small project. We were able to make a bit more money than we had anticipated. Thank you Garcia team for truly caring 😊

We found Willie and Anna on YouTube. We were first time buyers who were very nervous about buying. I work for PIH hospital in Whittier and wanted to stay local. We started asking questions on Google and ChatGPT about buying in Whittier and wanting to know more about some of the better neighborhoods in Whittier. Willie’s videos kept coming up… after a few video we reached out to them and they were vey nice and most importantly they educated us on the buying process. This was so important to us, they put us at ease 🙏. We now own a home in Whittier and in such a cute East Whittier neighborhood. We are just thankful for their honesty and for being real 🤗
