Simply the best-better than all the rest. That was our experience with Susan Canavan and Deirdre Coit (and their team). They were responsive, professional and definitely went the extra mile to make sure we found the right home for us (and our daughter). We bought our first home in 1976 and have bought or leased homes in five states and one foreign country. This was the best realtor experience we've ever had. Canavan Coit & Associates helped both me and my parents find our homes in Palm Springs, CA! Deirdre, Susan and the whole team were invaluable in our search! They always went the extra mile! It really helped to have a team working together that was always there for us when it fit into our busy in and out of town schedules! They were personable, professional and made our search fun and efficient! I really feel like they cared and were looking out for what we needed and wanted out of our homes. I am thrilled to be able to share my thoughts on Canavan Coit & Associates as realtors in the Palm Springs area and Other Desert Cities. Moving is a BIG decision and they realize this. For ME, I was closing up shop and headed this way as a final destination, consolidating 69 years of life and a 47 year career. EVERYONE tells you they have "friends" in Real Estate, but I chose NOT to go that route (it can be tricky) and found my way to Susan Canavan & Deirdre Coit and would highly recommend them or do it all over again in a New York Minute! They took the time to introduce me to all the different areas in the desert, painting, for me, the pluses and/or minuses for MY PERSONAL CONSIDERATION (ie: "I" do not play golf). There are free standing homes, various communities, HOAs, Indian owned land and so many things unfamiliar to me, being from the East Coast, which often required time and explanation ... AND I am no easy client, for sure! But, most importantly, they GOT ME, seemed to understand where I might be happier or better fit in to a particular area and my required goals and needs. A classic response: "I just don't see you in that area," prompting me to laugh. There was much laughter and genuine caring and, even more importantly, their time, respectively, living here, in the desert, and knowing their way around. They've seen it all and watched it grow, yet are NOT jaded. They did, indeed, find me the perfect home ... and that was after losing 3 of them for various, and sometimes shady (on the seller's parts) reasons. That's where they were most helpful and resourceful, in helping to explain to me what ACTUALLY TRANSPIRED. Yes, I found the right home for me and, not surprisingly, these two gals are now friends to me. I hope you can "read between the lines" here that they are, indeed, terrific and EXTREMELY RARE in a business full of HYPE, selling you "LIFESTYLE." I rest my case! Happy Homeowner here.
