Did a wonderful job of selling our house and communicating with us. I'm looking at some of the other posts. Probably competitors or people wishing ill on Mike. Selling real estate in La Canada takes a thick skin. When you're the top dog, everybody throws rocks and is jealous. If you are serious buyer or seller, he's the guy to go to. No one seems to have a better pulse on the foothills than Mike. No doubt that He will negotiate in your favor. He was up front about his charges and fees. That being said he didn't even have me sign a contract. When the house sold, he told me to pay what I thought was appropriate. Can't get any more honest or forthright than that.

Mike Kobeissi did a terrific job selling our property. He is honest, competent and very transparent. It was a pleasure working with him and his entire team. We would hire him again anytime !
