We decided to sell our Palm Desert condo in late 2025. While we did not know Ron, he sent us a monthly real estate news letter specifically showing all the listings in our community. We also noticed that he had several listings at Woodhaven CC. Ron arranged for professional marketing photos to be done, which emphasized our units best features. We discussed an appropriate listing price and received an offer after the first open house. He negotiated an acceptable counter offer and negotiated a minimal credit, in lieu of repairs for normal wear and tear items. We closed 9 days ahead of the original date, which prorated some of our closing costs. Through it all, Ron kept us informed with regular communications, via email, text or phone calls.
