David Lao and Pei Chang are an excellent team. They assisted my husband in finding, purchasing and selling three homes in Altadena and Pasadena before we met, and then the sale and purchase of our home in Altadena after we married. David took great care in showing homes to us that had the features that we desired and we finally settled on a lovely home in Altadena. We lived there for 14 years and then decided to downsize and sell. Pei was wonderful in his care and preparation of our home for sale, which included the marketing and careful staging our home which was within the Eaton Fire burn scar. While juggling other personal issues, we never worried about the sale of the house which was priced perfectly and an offer was received within two weeks of listing!
