When it comes to real estate, Patty is the best in the game. She helped us find the perfect home by taking time to understand what is important to us and being patient with our cautious approach to buying our first home. Her expertise is amazing and she has a vast network of home-related services experts that she knows and can refer. Even years later we contact Patty when we are in need of home related services because she knows everyone in the San Diego area. Patty is more than just a real estate agent, she’s an expert in your corner for life.

It’s a true pleasure to recommend Patty Cohen for any of your real estate needs. I have bought and sold with Patty multiple times and have never seen anyone conduct themselves with greater professionalism or integrity. Recently when I found a home that I wanted to own, Patty not only kept me apprised of its availability but made sure I secured it on the right terms and with full knowledge of every aspect of its condition. At scheduled inspections, Patty was there by my side. I never had a question or concern that Patty did not address - often before I even realized I needed to ask! When Patty then sold my very high end condominium, she astutely advised me on every aspect including pricing, promotion and terms. As an attorney admitted to practice in multiple states and a former real estate broker and mortgage broker, I can assure you that Patty is THE top of the line broker you want to use. Thank you Patty for being the best there is!

Patty Cohen is an outstanding realtor. Having been represented by many realtors over the course of our married lives, I can honestly say that she far surpassed expectations. A smart, experienced and persistent business woman, Patty's problem solving and dependability were more than helpful during our recent complicated sale/purchase. She is conscientious and extremely thorough and never let us down. We highly recommend her.
