My experience with this Chamberlain Real Estate Team was outstanding. Josh was patient, thorough, and handled every step of the process with professionalism and care. I always felt informed and confident in their guidance. Josh’s attention to detail and commitment to making the process smooth and stress-free exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the Team again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”

We are beyond grateful to Josh Coburn (and lucky to have once called him our neighbor). Not only was he a wonderful neighbor, but he has proven to be an outstanding realtor as well! Thanks to Josh, our home was listed at the right price and under contract within just three weeks—with a seamless selling process and zero issues along the way. While we were out of state searching for our next home, Josh went above and beyond by hosting open houses and helping maintain everything on our behalf. We truly couldn’t have made this move without his support. We would wholeheartedly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Josh Coburn is one of the best realtors I have worked with. He is professional, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can manage to sell very difficult properties while maintaining all parties involved happy with the outcome. I recently worked with Josh in order to sell a very difficult property after my father’s death. While navigating dealings with a very poor property management company who provided no information he needed to properly market this property, difficult dealings with trustees, and many layers of family issues which skewed the ease of selling this property, he maintained stellar composure, and honored all that he said he could do in the time he said it would be done. Honesty, good Christian values, excellent relational skills, excellent negotiation skills, and follow through are what you can expect from Josh. I highly recommend having Josh Coburn assist you with any real estate needs you might have. From selling to managing property, Josh is your man!
