Mike A.

Mike and Nichole looked out for my best interests in the sale of my home. They found an investor that was willing to meet the top end of my price and also willing to work with me under unique circumstances as I sell my house and move out of state. They are also coordinating an out-of-state real estate team to help me find and purchase my new home. I am grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell home.

We have worked with Mike and Nicole for the past 14 years, and they continue to exceed our expectations every single time. Over the years, we have referred multiple clients to them, and the feedback has always been consistent — professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and results-driven. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail, negotiation skills, and commitment to protecting their clients’ best interests. They navigate complex transactions smoothly and always keep communication clear and proactive. Our latest experience with them was exceptional. From strategy and pricing to managing inspections and closing, everything was handled flawlessly. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for real estate professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results and genuinely care about their clients, Mike and Nicole are simply the best. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

When it comes to selling your home, Mike should be your first call. He sold our property $50,000 over asking in one day during a buyers market! Not only did he do a tremendous job negotiating a great deal for us once we listed the home, he also provided insightful (and valuable) recommendations while we were remodeling our home. Working with Mike and his team was an amazing experience. Everyone we worked with from the Aon Group was extremely professional and on top of everything, which led to such a smooth transaction. I cannot recommend working with Mike and team highly enough.
