I could not recommend Dawn enough, even if I tried. We worked with Dawn twice (once to buy and once to sell) and both times she was just so amazing. She's honest and friendly, but tough and will get you what you want. I just really don't think that I could say enough good things about her. We put our house up for sale in kind of a rough market, but Dawn fought for us every step of the way (even with our new real estate agent in a different state).
