Pier went above and beyond in helping us sell our condo. She had great knowledge about the market and great insight into what buyers are looking for (and how to make our unit more appealing to them without breaking the bank for us). Additionally, when we had to leave the area, Pier worked with our painter and her handyman to get everything in perfect shape (and then brought in staging to make the place look amazing). Throughout the selling process, Pier was always responsive and communicated extremely well. She gave us insight into the many different aspects of the sale and always had helpful ideas to make the experience easier for us. All of this paid off: her strategies helped generate multiple offers and she was instrumental in generating competing bids and negotiating the best pricing and terms with the eventual buyers. We were very lucky to have found Pier and have her represent our property. Although we met with other agents who may have been able to sell our place, Pier understood us and our priorities (and was able to formulate and execute a plan focused on those priorities).
