Ruben and Nakisa are an amazing Real Estate team that helped us sell our home in Menifee, CA. We needed to relocate from California to Texas to be closer to our family, and needed to sell our home fast. Ruben and Nakisa Cota made the process incredibly easy! They took the time to understand our needs, what we needed from the sale of our home, and how quickly we needed it done. They were able to come up with the perfect strategy for pricing our home in a slow market, did amazing marketing on social media, and generated a lot of interest in our property from the beginning. When challenges arose and we started to worry, their expertise and understanding of the market helped us stay calm, ease our concerns, and stick with the plan. Their plan worked like a charm! After only a couple of weeks on the market, we received multiple full price offers!! From listing to closing escrow on the sale of our home... 45 days! I cannot THANK YOU enough for the amazing job you guys did for us and our family! THANK YOU Ruben and Nakisa. We would highly recommend this team for your Southern California real estate needs. Professional, Knowledgable, Experienced, Trustworthy, and Caring. Whether buying or selling, this team will get the job done right!!

We recently moved cross country from southern CA to the east coast. The real estate market in southern CA is difficult to say the least. After several interviews we decided to work with Ruben and Nakisa Cota. From the start they were very professional and well versed in the current affairs of the overall market. Their presentation was extremely thorough and well thought out as they answered all of our questions and completely put us at ease with the marketing plan. Once the house was put on the market they were always available and willing to spend time to update us on the trends of the rapidly changing market. Once the house was under contract, they made the entire process very simple and saw everything through to closing. We would highly recommend Ruben and Nakisa to handle any real estate needs in the future.

Thank you Ruben and Nakisa for doing an outstanding job for me.
