Typically not the type to write a review and wish I didn’t have to due to one person being unpleasant. Janice was great, the few interactions but her assistant however, seem to get a kick out of being petty I rented a property for about 3 1/2 years and I never called about having an issue. If I could take care of it myself I would. 1.The first time I requested service was towards the end lease, when I couldn’t get the light for the number plate to stay on after replacing the light bulbs. I figured it was a wiring issue and an electrician had to deal with it. I explained that to Danielle (assistant)via email. Electrician came and did absolutely nothing. I emailed Danielle that the light was still not lighting and that some wires seemed faulty when I first opened it to replace the bulb. She didn’t understand and wanted me to contact the electrician. At this point, I was annoyed with all the emailing back and forth so I told her “if she didn’t understand to have someone call me.” That was a mistake because the very next day I got RENTAL INCREASE NOTICE 2. When I moved out I didn’t think I’d get my deposit back since after 3+ years there was regular wear and tear I did however make sure to leave nothing behind and have the carpets cleaned. Danielle contacted my a few weeks later after moving out and asked me for an address to send my “deposit credits.” My “deposit credits” she told me was a $1500 bill. -_- If I was a bad tenant by all means be petty but I don’t think was was a bad renter and that was not cool from Danielle.

I do not normally write reviews but this definitely needed! Danielle has been so wonderful! I have worked with Other Realtors and she by far is the best! She moves quick and very efficient and very helpfuland professional! I moved in to my place last week and she quickly handle any request I had immediately.

PLEASE! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM! I was very disappointed with this management company and that is why we left after a one year lease. I personally have worked in property management for 8 years or so. I had made that fact known shortly upon moving in. I understand everyone has a bad day, but DeeDee in particular was very difficult to communicate with. I HAD TO apologize to her for HER miscommunication on scheduling my move out walk through with Rick in July 2024. Which I have proof of. She said I was being "dramatic" when I was profusely apologizing for my part in any miscommunication. I told her in response that my mother taught me that you should apologize when you feel you have done something wrong. So I did so. Seems not all of us are taught common courtesy. As the tenant, I shouldn't be held responsible for company scheduling mishaps. I also didn't have access to tenant ledgers when I inquired about my security deposit because that is only information privy to Janice Cofield and her significant other, Rick. At least that is what I was told. The biggest issue was the settling of the foundation. I was worried the ceiling fan in the bedroom would tumble down on us in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, after having two vendors come out to look at it to provide estimates, the owner would not approve before we moved out. I do hope that was resolved for the sake of future tenants. Please seek out better business practices. EVEN AFTER ALL THIS TIME I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FOR DEEDEE'S BEHAVIOR OR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. PLEASE! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!
