When my dad passed and it was clear my mom couldn't live alone I had the overwhelming task of preparing her condo that she and my dad and brother had lived in for 30 years. To be ready to sell. Adam advised me to make some basic improvements on the house-paint, replace flooring, give bathroom a facelift etc. Even after having spent weeks going through everything with my sister the house still seemed cluttered and the thought of clearing it out so all this work could be done seemed impossible. Adam assured me with his calm friendly manor that it was all going to be Ok. He never rushed me. He actually showed up and helped me go through the storage in the patio, and items in the house. I couldn't have made some of the decisions of wether to keep, sell, donate what was left without him. Once the house was ready Adam kicked in and I took a break. He facilitated all the work to be done and had a crew come in and do it all. All I had to do was choose the flooring which he advised me on as well. The workers were so friendly and offered to help me with lifting furniture when people came to buy heavy pieces I had posted to sell. The result was incredible. I only wish we had done this for my parents years ago. Once the condo was ready Adam scheduled an open house and got many offers that day. He along with my brother law , a realtor in Utah where my mom had moved to live with my sister helped her with all the details of escrow and the house closed only weeks after it was sold. I so appreciated Adam's calm demeanor during this whole process. He pretty much did it all and kept me calm during the process.

Horrible experience buying a home with him. - zero transparency, wanted quick commission, zero customer service, took a vacation without telling us during the inspection. For a guy who has “years of experience” I would go elsewhere, you won’t feel like another number
