He did his research and shared that knowledge to help educate us through the process. We hit a snag at one point during the sale process and he was able to help explain and get us to a great outcome. If you are thinking about who you should choose I would stop your search. There is no one who is more knowledgeable, kind, and resourceful. He is punctual and considerate of your time. As a first time home buyer I researched every aspect of the process. The last step was finding an agent. I was referred to Jason by my loan rep. This was the best decision for us. After all the time we spent together I was really glad to have someone on my side to guide me through. It was a great experience going to look at houses and getting the paperwork done. This housing market was hot and competitive. We would save a house on zillow and it would be gone in a week. I watched a lot of flip or flop so I was prepared and realistic on my expectations. I recommend that you know what you want in your house and be flexible where you can. Only you - the buyer knows exactly what would make you happy. Highly recommend that you ask Jason on his opinion if you need it. He answered all our questions timely and was so detailed. I was surprised at how easy it was for us to find our dream home and for Jason to get our offer in. I guess you could say he did all the hard work and we just chose the house. Not only is he great but he has a team working along with him that just go above and beyond every step of the way. The home buying process is stressful but thanks to Jason when I look back at it I will always remember the good memories from house shopping. I will be recommending him to everyone I know that needs an agent.

Jason was incredible in helping my fiance and I find our first home! We were referred to him and cold called Jason one night on a whim. He was genuine and did not hesitate to get the ball rolling. We gave him some details on a few key aspects. These involved things like our price range, general location, and the size of the home. Jason began sending us listings to browse through online. When there were any that caught our attention, we just let him know we wanted to view in person. Jason was very prompt in setting up a date and time to check it out. One great part about working with Jason was his transparency and honesty. While going through tours of different places, Jason was also sharing observations he was making. We learned a ton from Jason about the different red-flags when looking into a new home. What I appreciated the most was how low-pressure Jason was through this entire experience.
