A Wonderful Real Estate Experience with Seth Chalnick We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Seth Chalnick. He is an exceptional real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Seth is incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, organized, and responsive. He is available 24/7 and always made us feel like we were his top priority. Throughout the process of selling our home, he provided thoughtful guidance, carefully considered all the possibilities, and kept everything moving smoothly. One of the things that impressed us most was Seth’s knowledge of the area and his wonderful network of contacts. But what really made the experience special was Seth himself. His warm, endearing personality made what can often be a stressful experience feel enjoyable. I have never written a review for anyone and want to take the time to write one for Seth Chalnick to show my appreciation. Buying my first home was one of the biggest and most important decisions of my life, and I honestly can't imagine going through the process without Seth by my side. From day one, he made what felt overwhelming seem manageable. He took the time to answer every question, explain every step, and make sure I felt informed and confident throughout the entire journey. What impressed me most was that Seth never made me feel like just another client. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right home for me. He listened carefully to what I wanted, was incredibly patient, and always had my best interests at heart. During moments when I felt stressed or uncertain, Seth was there with thoughtful guidance, reassurance, and expert advice. He has exceptional knowledge of the coastal North County market, especially Encinitas, Cardiff, and Solana Beach. He understands these communities inside and out, and his expertise was invaluable throughout the home buying process. Beyond his knowledge, his integrity, professionalism, and dedication truly set him apart. There were countless times when Seth went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor. He advocated for me, protected my interests, and worked tirelessly to help make my dream of homeownership a reality. The fact that I'm writing my very first review says everything. I am incredibly grateful for Seth's support, hard work, and genuine care throughout this experience. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly invested in his clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Seth Chalnick, owner of Shoreline Properties. Thank you, Seth, for helping me buy my first home and making such a significant milestone in my life a positive and memorable experience.

Seth was the listing agent for my father’s house and was instrumental in the entire process. He was gracious to meet with my brother and I to discuss the market and strategies for how to get the best price. He was always honest, punctual and kind which is hard to find in sales. His marketing was amazing, his staging contacts spot on, and the escrow company he uses made everything so easy. He is also well respected by his peers which was one of the main reasons I chose him.
