Brett C.

Brett, Nick, and Mary are truly the best you can find in North San Diego. While all of them possess the skills needed to help you achieve your real estate goals, they each play to their strengths: Mary has deep relationships and numerous client connections. Her warm demeanor is welcoming, and she is very informative. Nick is the ‘get it done’ guy. He helped us move quickly through many steps of our home sale process, which also allowed us to balance our daily responsibilities with family and work. And Brett is the ‘art of the deal’ specialist. His naturally relaxed manner was essential during hectic negotiations, helping my family navigate difficult discussions and partnering with the buyer's agent to get our deal done!

Mary Mac’s, professionalism, consistent hard work, and ability to communicate with us through out the selling process was top notch. She stayed positive and determined, always protecting our interests. Whoever hires Mary Mac for their realtor is lucky to have her on their side.

Brett and team did an outstanding job coaching us through the staging, listing and sale of our home. He, Nick and Mary Mac were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. We would feel lucky to work with them again.
