Laura was incredibly helpful throughout our process as first-time home buyers. In our first meeting with her, she did not try to hard sell her services, only gave us relevant info and answered all of our questions and even encouraged us to talk to other lenders. She was able to refer us to multiple other helpful people in the process, like a realtor and insurance agent (we ended up working with the agent too, and he was very helpful). She continued to answer questions even before we had committed to her as a lender and were making offers, and when the time came to shop the loan for the actual accepted offer she was able to beat everyone on both price (including a credit union) and obviously great service.
